Presently we conduct Annual and Special Safety Inspections, ISM +ISPS + MLC Audits and Incident Investigations on behalf of the below three major Flag States –

We have vast experience carrying out incident and accident investigations.
With decades of past experience conducting ‘accident & incident investigations’ across a Fleet of over a 100 vessels of various types and having liaised when required with Flag states, Port Authorities, P n I Clubs, USCG and multi-national seafarers, we are in a unique position to provide “investigations” that will help you ensure that the proper root causes are identified and preventive measures implemented so as to prevent re-occurrence of similar undesirable events within your fleets.
With a ‘maritime law’ background we also assist in interactions with Marine lawyers, Hull and Machinery as well as Protection and Indemnity representatives while ensuring that the investigations are a true representation of the facts.

- Marine Operations
We can assist advise on ‘marine operational’ matters of risk assessments ( and management of change ) for specific navigation and cargo related issues as well as tank cleaning advise for predominantly for oil and chemical tankers.
- TMSA preparations and Review
We have experience conducting various TMSA reviews ( TOTAL, , Chevron, Exxon, Aramco, REPSOL, Unipec etc. ) and can assist prepare for same.
We would request to conduct an initial review with you from which we can identity improvement opportunities to then target your required score within the defined timeline. We will then assist up until and support the actual review with the Oil Major at the appropriate time once all ready ashore.
- SMS review and improvement
ISM Safety Management Systems : We can assist design, implement and train your shore & sea staff.
Most SMS procedures require regular review as they can soon become outdated/obsolete, large and cumbersome or alternately may be too brief to provide useful guidance to the fleet. We can help develop and improve SMS procedures that work and are impactful to your organization raising implementation, compliance and safety standards.
- Vessel Takeover ( large projects )
Having worked on previous occasions on takeover of a large number of vessels ( 20~40 ) we can assist during such busy periods and provide a project management plan and support.
Takeovers are a crucial period and we are looking to ensure these are done safely and with minimum delays to the vessels commercially. We can help.
SAFETY TRAINING ONBOARD AND ASHORE
We can conduct safety training visits on board and assist drive improvement in the safety culture.
Such trainings provide best results when similar corresponding training sessions are conducted ashore within the corresponding shore teams managing these vessels.
We can provide a detailed plan on request however some key areas mentioned below.
Onboard : conducting Risk Assessments, daily meetings, toolbox talks, shipboard drills, rest hour management, raising and reporting Near Misses and safety observations, training on SOLAS and MARPOL requirements etc.
Ashore : Vessel engagement, discussing expectations ship-shore, monitoring safety statistics, monitoring external and internal findings raised, monitoring SMS compliance, performance development related interactions etc.
*We will need access to your SMS procedures.
Based centrally out of Scotland we can cover all ports from Midland UK all the way to Northern Scotland.
Should your vessels get into a spot of bother ( as they do sometimes ), we can attend quickly to support and provide assistance to mitigate as well as to investigate and assess extent of the issue.
